رایز یک سازمان پزشکی نیست. برنامههای تمرینی، راهنمای تغذیه و بینشهای سلامتی که توسط سامانهٔ هوش مصنوعی ما ارائه میشود، صرفاً برای اهداف آموزشی و اطلاعرسانی است.
مشورت با پزشک: قبل از شروع این یا هر برنامهٔ ورزشی دیگر، با پزشک یا متخصص مراقبتهای بهداشتی خود مشورت کنید تا مشخص شود برای وضعیت شما مناسب است یا خیر.
پذیرش ریسک: با استفاده از رایز، بهصورت داوطلبانه همهٔ خطرات مرتبط با فعالیت بدنی و تغییر رژیم غذایی — از جمله آسیب، بیماری یا موارد جدیتر — را میپذیرید.
محدودیتهای هوش مصنوعی: اگرچه از الگوریتمهای پیشرفته (مانند VDOT و پایگاههای دادهٔ USDA) استفاده میکنیم، خروجی هوش مصنوعی ممکن است خطا داشته باشد. اتکا به هر اطلاعاتی که رایز ارائه میدهد صرفاً با مسئولیت خود شماست.
۲. شرایط استفاده از خدمات
R-Coins و پرداختها: R-Coins ارز مجازی است که فقط درون پلتفرم رایز کاربرد دارد؛ غیرقابل انتقال است و با پول نقد قابل تبدیل نیست. خریدهای R-Coins، مگر آنکه قانون خلاف آن را الزام کند، قطعی و غیرقابل استرداد است.
لغو حساب کاربری: حق داریم حسابهایی را که قوانین جامعهٔ کاربری را نقض میکنند یا از ابزارهای تولید محتوای مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی سوءاستفاده میکنند، تعلیق یا حذف کنیم.
۳. سیاست حریم خصوصی
جمعآوری داده: شاخصهای سلامت (مانند وزن، قد و سطح فعالیت) صرفاً برای تولید برنامههای شخصیسازیشده جمعآوری میشود.
امنیت داده: دادههای سلامت شما رمزگذاری میشود. دادهٔ سلامت شخصی شما را به تبلیغکنندگان شخص ثالث نمیفروشیم.
حقوق شما: میتوانید هر زمان از طریق بخش تنظیمات، حذف حساب کاربری و تمام دادههای مرتبط را درخواست کنید.
Cloud Data Storage: Your personal data and fitness program information are stored securely on cloud servers located in the European Union (EU). We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your data. By using R1ze, you consent to the processing and storage of your data in the EU in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Third-Party Services: We may use third-party cloud providers (such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar) to host and process your data. These providers are contractually obligated to maintain the same level of data protection as required by EU law.
AI Analysis & Third-Party AI Provider: Some R1ze features use artificial intelligence to analyse what you upload. Specifically, we send photos of meals you upload to the Calorie Tracker, blood-test reports you upload for analysis, and the fitness questionnaire answers you provide when building a training programme. This data is transmitted, over an encrypted connection, to our AI provider Anthropic (Claude) for the sole purpose of generating your nutrition, health and training results. We ask for your explicit permission in the app before any of this data is sent, and you can withdraw that permission at any time from your profile — the AI features then stop working until you grant it again. Your uploads are not used to train AI models, and files are deleted from the AI provider once the analysis is complete. Anthropic processes this data as our sub-processor under contractual terms that provide a level of data protection equivalent to that required by EU law (GDPR).
Data Retention & Deletion
Retention Period: We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
