١. إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية (مهم جدًا)

رایز ليست مؤسسة طبية. خطط التدريب الرياضي والإرشادات الغذائية ورؤى الصحة التي يقدمها نظام الذكاء الاصطناعي لدينا هي لأغراض تعليمية ومعلوماتية فقط.

• استشر طبيبك: يُنصح باستشارة طبيبك أو أخصائي رعاية صحية قبل البدء بهذا البرنامج أو أي برنامج لياقة بدنية آخر للتأكد من ملاءمته لحالتك.
• تحمّل المخاطر: باستخدامك لـ رایز، تتحمّل طواعية جميع المخاطر المرتبطة بالنشاط البدني وتغييرات النظام الغذائي، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الإصابة أو المرض.
• قيود الذكاء الاصطناعي: على الرغم من استخدامنا لخوارزميات متقدمة (مثل VDOT وقواعد بيانات USDA)، قد يُنتج الذكاء الاصطناعي أخطاء. إن الاعتماد على أي معلومات يقدمها رایز يقع على مسؤوليتك وحدك.

٢. شروط الخدمة

• عملات R-Coins والمدفوعات: عملات R-Coins عملة افتراضية تُستخدم فقط داخل منصة رایز؛ غير قابلة للتحويل ولا تُستبدل نقدًا. عمليات شراء R-Coins نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد ما لم يقتضِ القانون غير ذلك.
• إنهاء الحساب: نحتفظ بحق إنهاء الحسابات التي تنتهك إرشادات المجتمع أو تسيء استخدام أدوات التوليد بالذكاء الاصطناعي.

٣. سياسة الخصوصية

• جمع البيانات: نجمع مقاييس صحية (مثل الوزن والطول ومستوى النشاط) فقط لتوليد خطط مخصصة.
• أمن البيانات: تُشفّر بيانات صحتك. لا نبيع بياناتك الصحية الشخصية لمعلنين من أطراف ثالثة.
• حقوقك: يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت عبر لوحة الإعدادات.
• Cloud Data Storage: Your personal data and fitness program information are stored securely on cloud servers located in the European Union (EU). We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your data. By using R1ze, you consent to the processing and storage of your data in the EU in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• Third-Party Services: We may use third-party cloud providers (such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar) to host and process your data. These providers are contractually obligated to maintain the same level of data protection as required by EU law.
• AI Analysis & Third-Party AI Provider: Some R1ze features use artificial intelligence to analyse what you upload. Specifically, we send photos of meals you upload to the Calorie Tracker, blood-test reports you upload for analysis, and the fitness questionnaire answers you provide when building a training programme. This data is transmitted, over an encrypted connection, to our AI provider Anthropic (Claude) for the sole purpose of generating your nutrition, health and training results. We ask for your explicit permission in the app before any of this data is sent, and you can withdraw that permission at any time from your profile — the AI features then stop working until you grant it again. Your uploads are not used to train AI models, and files are deleted from the AI provider once the analysis is complete. Anthropic processes this data as our sub-processor under contractual terms that provide a level of data protection equivalent to that required by EU law (GDPR).

Data Retention & Deletion

• Retention Period: We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
• Right to Erasure: Under GDPR, you have the right to request that we erase your personal data. To submit a deletion request, contact us at [email protected].
